About Me

Hi, I’m Logan Wright, founder of Method Lean Coaching.I specialize in helping men and women transform their bodies through structured training, dynamic nutrition strategies, and real-world accountability. After over 6 years of serious training experience, along with a background in federal service and business, I’ve built a coaching style that's direct, strategic, and results-driven.I am not unlike you in that I am trying to be the best version of myself. I have real aspirations to compete in a Classic Physique bodybuilding show and continually live and breathe this lifestyle.I know what it feels like to start from scratch, not knowing the first clue about fitness. It's all actually very simple, but simple doesn't always mean easy, and I know the discipline it takes to build something better.My coaching isn’t about hype or empty motivation.
It’s about crafting sustainable programs that create real physical change and more importantly, lasting confidence.

My Fitness Philosophy

Fitness is about more than just looking better. It’s about building discipline, confidence, and a stronger, more capable version of yourself. Like it or not, people will judge you based on appearance and perception. While I don't believe this is fair, fair hardly ever correlates with daily life.My coaching approach is structured, strategic, and built to fit real life. No extremes, no gimmicks, no crash diets. Just proven training systems, dynamic nutrition, and consistent accountability that deliver lasting results - the same approach I used to transform myself, even with minimal equipment in my home garage gym.Fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. There’s a balance to be found, and real success comes from building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits you can maintain for life. I eat and drink many things I enjoy to this day because you don't truly have to cut something that brings you joy out of your life, you just need some self-control, which gets easier the longer you do this.Progress, not perfection. Strength over shortcuts. Confidence built one rep, one meal, one day at a time. If it were easy to have an admirable physique, it wouldn't be worth having. No amount of money, status, or yearning will build this physique for you - only consistent effort over a very long time span.Think of it like this: two years will pass whether you start this journey or not. When that day comes, will you be the best version of yourself, or someone who stayed the same? Either way, two years is going to be here before you know it. Do not regret as most do that you wish you would've started back then.

My 8 Year Transformation

In the beginning, I made a lot of mistakes. I trained inconsistently, ignored nutrition, and skipped leg days entirely.It wasn’t until year two that I started training my entire body seriously and tracking my calories and macros with discipline.This transformation was built over years of consistency, sacrifice, and perseverance through setbacks.It wasn’t always smooth, but if I had to do it all over again, I would — without hesitation.Your own journey will be challenging too, no matter how well I coach you, guide you, or prepare you.But what I can guarantee is this: working with me will make it far less painful, far less confusing, and far more successful than trying to figure it out alone.

My premium coaching experience is built for clients who want full structure, accountability, and real transformation.You'll receive a fully customized training plan, dynamic nutrition targets based on real-time progress, weekly check-ins to adjust strategies, and direct messaging access for ongoing support.The Client Success Kit and MacroFactor app are required for full coaching to ensure accurate tracking and results.

12-Week Self-Guided Program

A fully structured, self-guided 12-week program designed for bulking, cutting, or body recomposition goals.You'll receive a complete training plan customized to your focus, along with initial macro targets to start.No check-ins or coaching contact are included—this is for independent clients who want a clear, effective plan to execute on their own.MacroFactor is highly recommended to track your progress, but the full Client Success Kit is not required.

Custom Macros + Meal Plan Templates

For clients who need a nutrition roadmap without full coaching.You’ll receive customized starting macros tailored to your body composition and goals, plus five complete meal plan templates built around those macros.MacroFactor is required for this option to allow for dynamic adjustments if needed.No training programs, check-ins, or ongoing coaching are included—this is a one-time setup to kickstart your nutrition success.
